So What exactly is the Looking good program?
The looking good program was developed with the aim of eliminating
the barriers many face when it comes to weight loss. Maybe you are
to nervous to attend a diet class or gym? The Looking Good program
could offer your very own in home diet class or exercise schedule.
Maybe you have unsuccessfully tried to lose weight in the past?
The Looking Good program with the help of me - your very own trainer,
will develop a weight loss action plan that is completely flexible
around your needs. When you change, the program changes with you.
How often would I need a session with a trainer?
The consistency of your sessions is completely your decision. My
role is to deliver the stages of the Looking Good program. Whether
it be nutrition counselling, exercise advice and prescription or
motivation coaching your success, will be our success.
I will also be able to give you a map and structure on what you
should do to help your progress when we are not actively working
together.
Where can these sessions take place?
I am based in Hull and will travel to all the surrounding areas.
I can also deliver the program over the internet. We can strategise
your action plan via emails and instant messaging. If possible though,
I really encourage you to go for the active sessions.
Can a group of friends start the program?
You bet! It can be very motivating to join the program with friends.
Look at this option as a Mini Weight watchers in your living room.
How much does the program cost?
Sessions vary dependent on your location.
They start from £10.00 for thirty minutes.
All internet sessions are at a flat rate of £10.00 for thirty minutes.
Block Bookings are a great opportunity to reduce the program fees.
