How do you currently feel?
Chances are you have a picture of how you want to look in your head.
If you do not have a mental image of your ideal figure, take a minute
to imagine one. Picture yourself completely naked, you are completely
satisfied with you physical appearance. Your stomach is tight, you
have firm and defined arms and hips and very little body fat.
How do you feel?
Confident? Happy? Elated? Comfortable?
Unfortunately not many of us associate with the above emotions when
it comes to our bodies. Emotionally many people actually feel the
reverse:
Un-confident, Unhappy, Un-comfortable and depressed
YOU DESERVE BETTER!
Remember the above simple phrase. Repeat it to yourself daily, and
start to believe that it is actually the truth. Why is it instilled
in human beings to accept mediocrity?
How many diet classes have you tried in a lifetime? How many gyms
have you joined? How many eating plans have you tasted? How many
fitness videos have you purchased? What was the underlying reasons
that these did not work for your weight loss goals long term? A
few questions a personal trainer would ask..
Would you like to be slimmer?
How would being slimmer make you feel?
Are you embarrassed to attend a diet class and get weighed in front
of all those people?
Would you like a weight loss strategy that actually works for you?
Would you like constant one on one motivation?
Do you want to feel completely content both emotionally and physically?
The looking good program is your answer to a healthy and prosperous
life.
