How do you currently feel?


Chances are you have a picture of how you want to look in your head. If you do not have a mental image of your ideal figure, take a minute to imagine one. Picture yourself completely naked, you are completely satisfied with you physical appearance. Your stomach is tight, you have firm and defined arms and hips and very little body fat.

How do you feel?

Confident? Happy? Elated? Comfortable?
